1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or making a booking at Grand Hotel Inn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by our team.
- Bookings made online are confirmed upon receipt of payment or advance deposit
- A valid government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation at its discretion
- Room rates are per night and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Group bookings (5+ rooms) may require a separate agreement
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Guests failing to vacate by checkout time may be charged an additional night.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the comfort of other guests and staff. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Loud music or noise after 10:00 PM
- Smoking inside rooms (designated smoking areas available)
- Bringing in outside food/beverages without prior permission
- Unauthorized visitors in guest rooms
- Any illegal activities on hotel premises
Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Damage & Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repairs or replacement to the guest.
Grand Hotel Inn is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
6. Payments
- We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers
- Full payment or advance deposit is required to confirm a booking
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated
- The hotel reserves the right to modify room rates without prior notice
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
8. Force Majeure
Grand Hotel Inn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar.
